Kevin F. De Rosa

Kevin has been involved in various capacities of the family business since 1978. He has been a bookkeeper, delivery driver and sales representative. In addition to management responsibilities that include purchasing, personnel and financial management, Kevin spends most of his time in the commercial sales area of the business. Kevin enjoys his interactions with current customers as well as potential customers of the business.

Kevin graduated from Mountain View High School in 1979. He went on to Mesa Community College to study business and received his Associates degree in 1981. From there Kevin attended Arizona State University pursuing a degree in Marketing. In 1983 he chose to join the family business full time.

Kevin enjoys spending his free time with his family. Kevin is married to Kelly and together they have two boys and two girls ranging in age from 3-20 years old. Kevin has volunteered countless hours with his boys coaching their little league baseball teams and volunteering on little league boards. His most recent service has been as sponsorship/fundraising director of Gilbert National Little League. He also serves as Gilbert National's liaison with the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.

Kevin has been a member of the Mesa Rotary Club since 1986. He has served in various capacities of the Rotary club including golf tournament chair, International Service Director, Vocational Service Director, Community Service Director, Club Service Director, Vice President, President Elect, Club President during Rotary's Centennial year of 2004-2005, and most recently as Chair of the Mesa Rotary Foundation.


Marc De Rosa

Marc was born and raised in Rochester New York. Marc moved to Mesa Arizona with his family in 1977 and finished high school in Mesa in 1980. Marc went on to Mesa Community College. Initially working at college for an accounting degree, changed majors to business administration, with a minor in marketing. Marc was officially brought in to the business while still in high school. From the casual Saturday cleaning of the offices and warehouse, to delivery driver, Marc progressed on to sales in 1980 while attending college. Marc has been in the business since an adolescent, working to learn and actively promoting product knowledge, training of maintenance personnel, and in sales and operation of the business for over twenty-five years.

Also skilled in repair, remanufacture and planned maintenance of all lines of cleaning and maintenance equipment, Marc has been certified by many manufacturers as an authorized warranty repair person on most lines of equipment. Marc's certifications are as follows:

  • Federally trained and certified as a trainer for transportation, storage, and shipping of hazardous materials.
  • Warranty repair person in machinery
  • Carpet care specialist
  • Floor care specialist
  • Forklift operator and trainer
  • Propane management specialist
  • Mixologist
  • Formerly certified as an Emergency Medical Technician, and CPR certified.

Marc is an active member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, crew certified, vessel safety examiner, and a communications specialist.

Marc is a third degree Knight with the Fr. Patterson chapter of the Knights of Columbus in Chandler.

Marc is a musician, using his talents to sing and play a music ministry for all Masses at his church. Marc was also a band teacher at a local high school.
